THE ART OF ELIZABETH PHILLIPS

Usage

If you’d like to feature my work on your non-profit, non-commercial site, you may do so. However, you must adhere to the following rules:

- All images must be properly credited with "© Elizabeth Phillips. Image used with permission" near the image/s. To type the © symbol either cut and paste this one or use "option G" on Mac and "ALT 0169" on PC.

- You must link to my web site, http://www.elizabethphillips.com/,either from the image itself, or as near the image as possible.

- Do not alter my image in any way. Cropping, removing my name, or any text on the image, is not permitted. The backgrounds must remain the same.

- Use a high resolution, 72 dpi image, preferably a jpg. This image should not appear pixilated or fuzzy in any way. My images must have the same high quality on your website that they have on mine.

All of my work has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office prior to its appearance on the web. My artwork cannot be reproduced, redistributed or altered in any way without permission (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in 1998 makes it illegal to remove Copyright management information from protected works.) Contrary to what many people believe, images on the web are not free to use. Absence of copyright on an image does not mean that it is copyright free. Posting an image on the web qualifies as "publishing" and is a violation of copyright law.

If you see any possible copyright violations of my work, please send me a note with a link at elizabeth@elizabethphillips.com
